I've been hearing the words, "A voice crying in the wilderness", a lot lately. One thing about John the Baptist is he didn't get obstacled by man's diplomacy, he just spoke out the truth he knew. Your message here sounds like a voice crying out in the wilderness to me. Hallelujah, amen.
All the praise and glory belong to God! :)
I can't hel but think about the times in which we live, and of the fact that at some point my name will come before God in the investigative judgement...if it hasn't already. I picture this moment in my mind, and wonder, will I be there, clinging to my cherished sins, claiming that, "I just couldn't let them go! I tried! it was too hard!" If so, I can just imagine God looking at me, and pointing to Jesus...and saying to me, "with Christ NOTHING is too hard. Jesus won the victories as an example of how you, Sue, also could have won the victory!"
Or , when my name comes up, will I be bowed in humble, willing, loving, obedient submission....saying to my God, "it wasn't easy, but Jesus made it possible...with His help, and by your grace, Father, I am thankful to say that, yes, I won the victories!"
We NEED to hear that voice crying in the wilderness! Time runs short, and salvation is at stake.
I love you !
